NJP Series Automatic Capsule Filling machine Material Qualified Testify
1. Filling machine panel: 35# steel including 304 stainless steel outer garment.
2. Transmission parts Cam: 40C steel, the surface should be treated by Nitrogen, the depth 0.4~0.5mm, HRC 55~60.
3. Slot Cam, Plane Slot Cam: 38CrMoAl steel, the surface should be treated by Nitrogen, the depth 0.4~0.5mm, HRC 55~60.
4. Guide Pillar: GCr15 High frequencty hire, the depth 0.7~1mm, HRC55~60. After polished, the surface should be plated to Chromium, then to be polished again.
5. Guide Rod: 20Cr Mn Ti, the surface should be treated by Carbon, the depth 0.7~1m, HRC55~60.
