MSD SERIES FREEZE DRYER EQUIPMENT
Description:
The machine strictly follows GMP standard requirements, integrated with the latest technology of China and abroad, which is perfect combination of lyophilization technology and aseptic technique.
1.With the function of cleaning and steam sterilizing during operation,accomplishing manual or automatic operation and remote control by a control panel. Manual operation, automatic running or remote control is possible.
2. Parts contacting products are made of steel AISI1316L, mirror polishing on the surface.
3.The space of shelf whose smoothness set in the scope of 0.5mm/m can adjust in user's will.
4.Main parts are all international famous brand products.
We provide perfect after-sales service as follow: Performance test, Acceptance on Scene, customers training, offer validation certificates such as IQ.OQ and supply spare parts in time.
MSD series (CIP, SIP and FD type) freeze dryer creates a working environment with temperature of -70 to +120℃. The main chamber can endure the pressure of 0.125Mpa to 0.5Mpa. Humanized intelligent self-diagnostic system monitors the whole process of lyophiliztion. The freeze drying curves and edited in the computer and downloaded to the PLC. The process of operation had been computerized in the human-machine interface, including displaying various process parameters, handling alarming, historic records and production reports. In the meanwhile, a series of interlocking preventive devices are equipped.
